Users

Users represent individual members within the platform. Users can belong to one or more teams, inheriting entitlements and permissions defined at the team level.

Invite User

1. Navigate to Administration → Users
2. Click Invite User
3. Enter the User Email Address(es)
4. Select the appropriate Team from the dropdown list
5. Click Invite User to send the invitation

Info

Invited users will receive an email with a link to join the platform. Once accepted, they will automatically inherit the entitlements assigned to their team(s).

Update User

1. Navigate to Administration → Users
2. Select the desired User from the list
3. Update Details and/or Teams
4. Edit user information or adjust team assignments as needed
5. Click Save to apply the changes

Delete User

1. Navigate to Administration → Users
2. Select the desired User from the list
3. Click Delete team
