Plans

Plans define the access policies applied to API Products.

Each plan configures the Rate Limit and Security settings that determine how consumer applications interact with published APIs.

Plans enable API Providers to manage traffic, enforce usage quotas, and control secure access for different consumer groups.

Add Plan

1. Navigate to API Catalog → [catalog] → Manage plans
2. Click Create Plan
3. Enter the Name of the plan
4. Define the Rate Limit:
   1. 1000 bytes/sec
   2. 5000 bytes/sec
   3. Custom
5. Configure Security (for example, API Key)
6. Click Create Plan

Update Plan

1. Navigate to Manage plans → [plan]
2. Update Name/Rate Limit/Security
3. Click Save

Delete Plan

1. Navigate to Manage plans → [plan]
2. Click Delete Plan → Delete
